Founder & Principal Designer
Erica leads the creative direction of the firm, guiding design development, space planning, and material selection. With a background rooted in custom cabinetry and kitchen design, she brings a refined, practical perspective to every project—balancing aesthetics with how spaces are truly used.
Known for her calm, collaborative approach, Erica works closely with clients and trusted trade partners to create homes that feel cohesive, functional, and timeless.
Chris Thowe
Co-Owner & Operations
Chris oversees the operational and strategic side of the business, ensuring projects are supported by clear systems, communication, and thoughtful coordination.
His role allows the design process to remain focused and efficient—so clients feel supported from the first conversation through project completion.
As a small, hands-on firm, we intentionally take on a limited number of projects at a time. This allows us to remain closely involved, responsive, and invested in the outcome of each home we design.
We collaborate closely with a trusted network of contractors and custom cabinet makers, designing with real-world execution in mind while maintaining clear roles and responsibilities throughout the process.
