Our Contribution

Erica Kay Design was awarded the 1st story powder bath.

A challenging space to make functional while catching the eye as it is the only bath on the main floor of this large 3 story home in Mission Hills. Inlaying stone mosaic tiles within the drywall to create a larger space with the horizontal lines. Having a calm color palette to allow the powder bath to leave a refreshing impression. While pulling the room together with natural botanical accents.
